FLOORS

Basement
Location of our free parking. The reception can be found here, which provides access to the six centers – Multi-specialist, Therapeutic Diagnostic Center, Center for Diseases of the Ear, Center for the Investigation of Digestive Diseases (CIDD), Center for Facial Medicine, Center for Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology. Also on this floor surgical admissions and appointments are made and it is where Administration and the Call Center are located.

Ground floor
Location of the hospital entrance via República Argentina Avenue. Reception areas, doctors consulting rooms and a large waiting room are on this floor. There is where emergency services are found.

Mezzanine
On this floor you will find a reception, waiting rooms, doctors consulting rooms and examination rooms where Audiometry and Tympanometry tests are carried out. Procedures of some of the doctors can also take place on this floor.

3rd Floor
The location of the cafeteria - IPO Coffee, a refined and pleasant environment where our clients can enjoy delicious and varied styles of coffee (espresso, traditional), as well as candies, salty snacks and ice creams.

4th, 5th & 6th floors
Location of the wards, rooms and furnished and decorated suites offering satisfaction, comfort and convenience necessary during the period of stay at the hospital. On each of these floors there is a nurse’s station with well prepared professionals, providing pre and post-operative care to patients and possessing all of the necessary medicines, materials and equipment. Also we have wards dedicated to babies and children, with specific decorations.

7th Floor
Our Surgical Center is located on this floor, with 5 individually equipped and air-conditioned rooms, offering comfort, security and tranquility to both the client and the doctor. The post-operative recuperation room (REPAI) is directly linked to the Surgical Center; the patients are taken to this room straight after surgery. Here they recover from the anesthesia and are monitored by the nurses and other professionals, under the direct supervision of an anesthesiologist, and the first post-operative procedures are carried out, before being taken to the rooms. The Materials Store and internal Pharmacy are also on this floor, among other rooms.

8th Floor
The amphitheater with 95 seats is located here, where courses and congresses organized by the Hospital’s doctors, which are offered to the medical profession, are held and it is also used to host the Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents in the Work Place (SIPAT) plus lectures and training geared towards the collaborators. Also on the 8th floor is the Play Area, a space exclusively reserved and decorated for the benefit of the children who will be having surgical procedures in the hospital. Here there are activities developed to calm and amuse the children before being submitted for surgical procedures, where they can freely enjoy books and children’s movies, infant sized furniture, educational games, toys, etc. Also on the 8th floor is our laundry, where the clothes used in the Surgical Center and rooms pass through a rigorous cleaning process and disinfection, following established procedures.
