IPO Hospital is located in a prime location in the neighborhood of Água Verde placing at the disposal of its patients a physical structure comprising of almost 11,000m2, distributed over 10 floors with free parking and a Multidisciplinary Center encompassing a Therapeutic Diagnostic Center, a Center for the Investigation of Digestive Diseases (CIDD), a Center for Facial Medicine, a Center for Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology and a Center for Diseases of the Ear.

Access stairs and lifts designed to facilitate the movement of people within the hospital and there is also a bridge linking the mezzanine floor to the Diagnostic Center, Center for Diseases of the Ear and Center for Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology.

Large air conditioned waiting rooms provide comfort to patients waiting for a consultation or examination.

The clinics have the equipment and materials necessary for the doctors to care for the patients calmly and safely.

We have 38 beds that are divided between suites, rooms and comfortable wards, aiming at the well-being of our patients and their companions during their period of stay in the hospital.

Today the patients of the IPO Hospital can also rely on a multidisciplinary service, where there are professionals from diverse areas such as: Cardiology, Head and Neck Surgery, Dermatology, Speech Therapy, Gastroenterology, Nutrology, Nutrition, Dentistry and Pulmonology working together to help diagnose and treat diseases and common problems related to Otorhinolaryngology. Also an anesthesiology service is offered to provide greater safety during surgery, to evaluate the patients’ health conditions and complete examinations during pre-operative consultation, and also provide monitoring during surgery as well as in the post-operative recovery room.
